The hotel is located by the Red Sea, approximately 1 km from Eilat city center. In the immediate vicinity are the bus station, the beach, stores, the IMAX cinema and the Kings City theme park. The dolphin reef and the Coral World underwater observatory are both about 6 km from the hotel.
This club-like complex consists of 322 rooms in total, spread over 8 floors. Services include air-conditioning, lobby, 24-hour reception and check-out service, currency exchange, checkroom and elevator. The hotel also has a cafeteria, bar, restaurant, hairdressing salon, games room, conference facilities, Internet access, room and laundry service.
