Great location if you don't mind the noise of a busy placa reial. Reaturant/bar downstairs. Daytime reception staff very friendly.
Rooms of appaling standard even though it's a 1 star hotel. Windows tiny and overlooking an internal ventilation shaft. Dated, dirty rooms with broken tiles on the bathroom floor. No wifi. Nightime staff unpleasant and rude. Noisy area at night, really difficult to get any decent rest with very poor soundproofing of rooms. Breakfast very basic.

The staff, all nice. The rooms are simple but quite good considering quality/price, clean and the ones with views of the square are wonderful (noise is not heard as loud as I read in the reviews).
El personal, todos majos. Las habitaciones simples pero bastante bien teniendo en cuenta calidad/precio, limpias y las con vistas a la plaza una maravilla (no se oye tan fuerte como leí en las reseñas, el ruido).
The breakfast is very poor, you have nothing to eat for breakfast. A few rolls and coffee. If they could change the menu a bit that would be great.
El desayuno muy pobre, no tienes nada que desayunar. Unos pocos bollos y café.Si podrían cambiar un poco el menu sería estupendo.
