The hotel has its advantages, but also some significant drawbacks that impacted the overall experience.
Positives
Cleanliness: The rooms and common areas were very clean, which left a good first impression.
Location: The hotel is located close to the city center, a big plus for those looking to explore the area.
Breakfast: There was a wide and tasty selection at breakfast, which was a highlight of the stay.
Negatives:
Check-in process: Check-in was only possible from 2:00 PM. While this might not be an issue under normal circumstances, the hotel did not allow any form of early administrative processing. This meant all guests had to wait at the reception exactly at 2:00 PM, resulting in an unpleasant 30-minute queue. A self-check-in system could solve this problem and make the process smoother.
Heating: The heating system was not working during our stay, which was very uncomfortable in the colder weather. Although extra blankets were provided, such an issue should not occur in a hotel.
Conclusion:
If you value cleanliness, a good location, and quality breakfast, this hotel will meet your expectations. However, if a smooth check-in process and comfort during colder days are important to you, you might be disappointed. Overall, I would recommend the hotel, but guests should be aware of these potential inconveniences.
