This complex is located approximately 36 km from Karousades city and airport, near Roda beach. It is a stunning establishment renovated in 2010 to the highest standards of hospitality. It has elegantly designed main areas to create a sense of luxury for guests and comprises a total of 473 rooms. In addition to a comfortable and luxurious lobby area with 24-hour reception and check-out and currency exchange facilities, this air-conditioned establishment features a restaurant, dining room and coffee shop. Guests will also appreciate the semicircular theater with 250 individual people. Guests can also take advantage of WiFi Internet access (surcharge), laundry service (surcharge) and car park. Bicycles can also be rented on the premises and there is a children's playground for children, as well as a TV room for guests' convenience. Very nice setting at the hotel, very varied buffet, several swimming pools and beach at the foot of the hotel very practical. Good reception at all times + meal (we arrived at night and the meal was offered to us)

Hôtel agréable, personnels sympathiques et professionnels. Très beau cadre au niveau de l’hôtel, buffet très varié, plusieurs piscines et plage au pied de l’hôtel très pratique. Bon accueil à tout heure + repas (nous sommes arrivés dans la nuit et le repas nous a été proposé)

The location of the hotel is quite far from the center, not easy to get around except on foot (15-20 min walk along the beach in full sun), there are shuttles but little choice of timetables and lack information on this upon our arrival. We arrived at night, the information meeting was very early. No toilets around certain swimming pools as well as the showers (salt water swimming pools), which was not at all practical because you had to return to the room which was further away or cross the entire hotel… not enough deckchair because a lot of people leave their towels in the night or early in the morning, and don't come back all day or don't use them. We were on an all-inclusive offer and when we were at the swimming pool, which is located at the very top of the hotel, to be close enough to our room, no drinks service nearby, you have to go back to the bottom of the hotel , lots of walking in the heat the time to return to the pool the drink was hot. No pool towels are provided, you have to ask for them and not necessarily available, it would be simpler to put them directly in the rooms, the reception staff could only give them to us from 3 p.m. depending on the words. In terms of drinks, not very good, cut down on water? Or very sweet. Little choice and the “best” drinks require payment. Disappointed in terms of entertainment, staff not very present, and some offer outings at unscrupulous prices. Very loud music during meals, not pleasant, we couldn't hear each other talking. Lack of communication with travellers.

La localisation de l’hôtel est assez éloigné du centre, pas évident pour se déplacer à part à pied (15-20 min de marche par la plage en plein soleil), il y a des navettes mais peu de choix d’horaires et manque d’informations sur cela à notre arrivée. Nous sommes arrivés dans la nuit, la réunion d’informations était très tôt. Pas de toilettes aux environs de certaines piscines ainsi que les douches (piscines d’eau salée), ce qui n’était pas du tout pratique car il fallait retourner à la chambre qui été + éloignée ou traverser tout l’hôtel… pas assez de transat car énormément de personnes déposent leurs serviettes dans la nuit ou tôt le matin, et ne reviennent pas de la journée ou ne s’en servent pas. Nous étions en offre tout inclus et lorsque nous étions à la piscine, qui se situe tout en haut de l’hôtel, pour être assez près de notre chambre, pas de service de boissons à proximité, il faut retourner en bas de l’hôtel, beaucoup de marches sous la chaleur le temps de retourner à la piscine la boisson était chaude. Pas de mise à disposition de serviette de piscine, il faut aller les demander et pas forcément dispo, ce serait plus simple d’en mettre directement dans les chambres, le personnel d’accueil ne pouvait nous en donner qu’à partir de 15h selon les dires. Au niveau des boissons, pas très bonnes, coupée à l’eau ? Ou très sucrées. Peu de choix et les « meilleures » boissons sont payantes. Déçue au niveau de l’animation, personnels peu présents, et certains proposent des sorties à des prix peu scrupuleux. Musique très forte lors des repas, pas agréable, on ne s’entendait pas parler. Manque de communication avec les voyageurs.
