I really liked the breakfast and dinner at the hotel as well as all the amenities. The Spa and gym classes were extremelly good and staff were super friendly. We were 10 min driving by car to the cable car to go to Gran Valira. The hotel also offers lockers to store skis and equipment . I will definetly come back anytime I want to ski from andorra.

Spacious rooms, varied and good breakfast, very good location with respect to Andorra la Vella and the La Massana cable car.
Habitaciones espaciosas, desayuno variado y bueno, muy buena ubicación respecto a Andorra la Vella y el telecabina de la Massana.
Poor experience with the housekeeping service. At no point were we informed that it was mandatory to leave a sign on the door so that staff could enter and clean the room. Furthermore, room service only operates in the mornings, precisely when you're out skiing, so if you return in the afternoon needing cleaning or towels replaced, there's simply no service available. A basic aspect poorly managed for a hotel. The hotel's response was inadequate: "noted," without any apology.
Mala experiencia con el servicio de limpieza. En ningún momento se nos informó de que era obligatorio dejar el indicativo en la puerta para que el personal pudiera entrar a limpiar la habitación. Además, el servicio de habitaciones solo funciona por las mañanas, justo cuando estás fuera esquiando, por lo que si al regresar por la tarde necesitas limpieza o reposición de toallas, simplemente no hay servicio disponible.
Un aspecto básico mal gestionado para un hotel. La respuesta del hotel, insuficiente: "tomamos nota", sin disculpa.

Gym, very large spa area. No extra cost. Very spacious suite-style rooms.

The double bed has a very soft and uncomfortable mattress on top. Constructive criticism... Regarding the food, I find the quality a bit low; for example, the ensaimadas are dry, as are the croissants... The grill is very good.

Overall, the resort is not bad, the food was good and the customer service was very good. I complained about the spiders and the heat and they immediately tried to fix it, they left us an air conditioner, they were really attentive.
En general lo que es el complejo no esta mal , la comida bien y la atencion al cliente fue muy buena me queje por el tema de las arañas y el calor y enseguida intentaron remediarlo, nos dejaron un climatizador, muy atentos la verdad.
The room for 4 we were given smelled musty. There was no air conditioning, and it was quite hot, especially at night. We encountered several spiders. The bed was a bit soft, but the pillows were terrible, and the sofa bed was super hard. For a 4-star hotel, it would need some renovations.
La habitación para 4 que noa dieron olia a cerrada no hay aire acondicionado y hacía bastante calor sobretodo de noche y nos encintramos varias arañas . La cama bueno un poco blanda pero las almohadas fatal y el sofá cama súper duro .
Para ser 4 estrellas necesitaría alguna reforma.

The hotel is super nice. The location is perfect for skiing. The food, the spa, the gym are all perfect. The service, especially from the reception staff, was outstanding, always helpful with a smile. They were so nice 😀 We loved the place!! Thank you so much for everything. We'll definitely be back!!
El hotel es súper bonito. La ubicación es perfecta para esquiar. La comida, el spa, el gimnasio está todo perfecto. It is located before arriving at La Massana. To ski in Pal or Arinsal it is fine although you have to use the car or the hotel transport but to go to Ordino it is a bit far. About 20 minutes.

The rooms are notably spacious and comfortable, and the hotel facilities are wonderful. The breakfast and dinner buffet is exceptional, with a wide variety of dishes and very good quality and flavour. Having a rental shop in the hotel itself and a ski lockers room next to it is very practical. The staff is very pleasant and professional.

The availability of transfers to the slopes is very limited, large groups take up the places. The spa only has one hour of adults-only access and the rest of the time it looks like a children's pool. The use of the paddle tennis courts is not included, it requires payment. The televisions in the room are old.

The hotel is fine, it is nice and has enough infrastructure.

The friendliness of the staff is conspicuous by its absence, they are rather cold and lazy. The hotel services are very good, but they are more focused on the members of the sports club than on the hotel guests. The spa has frozen water and looks like a nursery. Apart from that, they close the pool from Monday to Friday, for members until 7:00 pm. The food in the restaurant for a 4 star hotel is decadent, always the same. The service is non-existent. They charge you for water (which I think is fine) but if you have three quarters of a bottle left, they don't save it for the next day or let you take it to your room. The treatment at reception is awful, violent answers to problems from newly arrived, tired customers.
La amabilidad del personal brilla por su ausencia, trato bastante frío y perezoso.
Los servicios del hotel están muy bien, pero están más enfocados a los socios del club deportivo que a los huéspedes del hotel.
El spa tiene el agua congelada y parece un guardería.
Aparte cierran la piscina de Lunes a viernes, para los socios hasta las 19:00 pm.
La comida del restaurante para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas es decadente, siempre igual.
El servicio inexistente. Te cobran el agua (cosa que me parece bien) pero si te sobra tres cuartos de botella , ni te la guardan para el día siguiente ni te la dejan llevar a la habitación.
El trato en recepción nefasto, contestaciones violentas ante problemas de los clientes recién llegados, cansados .
