About the accommodation
The hotel is located on the island of Crete and is known for its excellence, its friendly atmosphere, its proximity to the famous archaeological sites and its lively capital, Heraklion. The hotel is surrounded by 2 unique beaches where you can practice numerous water sports for all ages and where there is also an officially recognized diving center.
The hotel is built on a promontory in the traditional Aegean architectural style and facing the deep blue bay of Agia Pelagia. It has 250 double rooms and 16 family rooms; there is an elevator and a reception/service desk where the friendly hotel staff is available at any time. Also on offer are a tour desk, safe, currency exchange, children's playground, bar, restaurant, conference facilities, Internet access and laundry service (both for a fee). You can leave your car in the car park lot and the Byzantine chapel enhances the appearance of the hotel with its frescoes.
The rooms have a private bathroom, balcony or terrace, direct dial telephone, radio, refrigerator and adjustable air conditioning. The relaxed decor typical of Crete makes the hotel the ideal holiday spot.
The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool with children's area. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available for an extra charge. You can also play tennis, basketball and volleyball. Billiards/snooker, darts and scuba diving are available at an extra cost.
