The complex is located 50 m from a park and 100 m from stores, restaurants, bars and the sea. The nearest party areas are 1 km away, the complex is 3 km south of the historical center of Pula and 3.5 km from the railway station. The promenade, which invites to relaxing and pleasant walks, leads to the resort of Punta Verudela, just 1 km away. This resort consists of 321 residential accommodations. The accommodations are situated in groups of 6 to 20 apartments on the ground and second floor, located along the peninsula in a staggered fashion, facing the clear blue sea and surrounded by lush vegetation. This club-like complex has a lobby, safe, currency exchange service, press, hairdressing salon, playground and children's club for children to have a great time, as well as a cafeteria, bar and bicycle rental service. The 2-room apartment, which can accommodate up to 5 persons, consists of a living room with double sofa bed, cable/satellite TV, bedroom with a double bed and 1 single bed, a kitchenette with hotplates, coffee/tea maker, refrigerator, bathroom with shower and a spacious balcony or terrace.
