The room was frozen and when we asked at reception they told us there was nothing they could do, it was core temperature and they couldn't change it. We were very cold and we asked for at least a blanket but it was colder inside than outside the hotel. The food was quite poor quality and the staff was not very friendly.
La habitación estaba congelada y cuando preguntamos en recepción nos dijeron que no podían hacer nada, que era temperatura central y que no podían cambiarlo. Pasamos mucho frío y le pedimos al menos una manta pero hacía más frío dentro que fuera del hotel. La comida bastante mala calidad y el personal no muy amable la verdad
