They gave us a room that faced a compressor that was running all night. The next morning, we asked for a room change first thing and they kept giving us excuses. After asking twice, they told us they wouldn't change us because it was full. Even though it was full, new guests arrived at 2 pm, it wouldn't have cost them anything to change our room, and at least we could have slept one of the two nights... Furthermore, they told us that the manager would call us, but the call never came.

The surroundings are very nice, well-kept, and clean. The food is generally good. Don't expect fried food, it's healthy food. The room is a bit outdated. The spa is not that small but it depends on how many people they let in at the same time. There is some entertainment in the evenings.

They must control the number of customers entering the spa at the same time. In the rooms, you can hear everything from others and I usually don't complain about anything but given that it wasn't something occasional, I say it. During my stay, I couldn't eat anything grilled, long queues, no other option, and the guy at the grill didn't put much effort into it. Too much waiting for a piece of meat.
Deben de controlar el número de clientes que entran a la vez a el spa. En las habitaciones se oye todo lo de los demás y no suelo quejarme de nada pero en vista de que no fue algo puntual lo digo. Los días de estancia no pude comer nada a la plancha, colas de mucho tiempo, sin opción de otra cosa y el chico de la plancha no le metía mucho ánimo. Demasiada espera para un trozo de carne.
