Founded at the beginning of the last century in the city of Camagüey, the Hotel Plaza is the oldest active hotel in Camagüey. It still retains most of its original architectural features. An obligatory reference site in the city, it treasures among its many relevant and curious facts the passage of the Chilean poet Gabriela Mistral and the airing of the first radio station outside the Cuban capital. Intimate and welcoming, it is characterized by the familiar treatment of its employees and its excellent geographical location, right at the confluence of two main access roads to the city and a few meters from the commercial area.
