The room is not new but it is well equipped, spacious and clean. The food is varied and tasty. The cleanliness of the room is excellent.

The staff is mostly very unfriendly and only works with tips. The employee who checked us in was arrogant, rude and asked us for more money for beach towels than we were supposed to exchange for dinner. The employee at the souvenir shop was rude! He was watching TV, we went into the shop and he didn't get up, didn't say hello, nothing. In addition to all this, a hotel with such a reputation could clean the seaweed on the beach right in front of the hotel. In the week we were there, they didn't clean it a single day. The seaweed is natural and in the water it's ok. Now, on the sand for so long it becomes a place for animals to do their business, it breeds bugs, etc.
Staff na sua maioria muito antipatico, só funciona com gorjetas. Funcionário que nos fez o check in foi arrogante, mal educado e pediu nos mais dinheiro pelas toalhas de praia, do que era suposto para trocar por dinners. Funcionário da loja das lembranças nem se fala! Malcriado, está a ver tv, entramos na loja e não se levanta, não cumprimenta , nada . Além de tudo isto um hotel com tanto nome penso que poderia limpar o sargaço na praia mesmo em frente ao hotel numa semana que la estivemos não limparam um único dia . O sargaço é da natureza e na água ok. Agora na areia por tanto tempo torna se local para os animais fazerem as necessidades, cria bichos , etc
