The aparthotel is a new residence located in a quiet and calm neighborhood where one can really relax. It offers magnificent views of the city and is ideally located in the center, just 800 m from the Majorelle Garden and 800 m from the center of Guéliz, the newest area of Marrakech. The old historical area of the city and the famous Djemaa el Fna square are only 1.5 km away. The aparthotel, built in 2008, consists of 9 modern apartments, including 4 very sunny 1-bedroom apartments and 5 studios (facing the inner courtyard). Three of the four apartments are connected to a studio to create a larger space. The residence also offers a lift and car park for guests arriving by car. Each apartment has an electric fan, plasma-screen TV with satellite/cable channels, radio, CD/DVD and MP3 players. The small American-style kitchens each come with a fridge, cooker, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. The private bathrooms have a shower and a hairdryer, and the bedrooms have a double bed. In addition, amenities also include individually controlled air conditioning and heating for guest comfort, as well as a balcony or terrace. From the airport you have to go in the direction of Marrakech and then the center of the European city called Place du Gueliz. From there, take Zerktoni avenue and follow it for 500 m (until the second traffic light), turn left to join Rue Erraouda street and, after about 500 m, turn right. Then, after 100 m, the aparthotel will appear on the left at number 11.
