The buffet hours are a bit tight. For example, at lunchtime, they started to close the buckets at 3pm. Both the decoration of the rooms and the facilities in general are a bit outdated. They could do with a facelift. In general terms, the attention and service of the staff has been very good, although we found some waiters who were rude and quite unpleasant. It's a shame because it tarnishes the image of the rest of the team.
El horario del buffet es un poco justo. Por ejemplo, en la comida, a las 15:00 empezaban a cerrar las cubetas.
Tanto la decoración de las habitaciones como las instalaciones en general están un poco desfasadas. No le vendría mal un lavado de cara.
En términos generales, la atención y el servicio del personal han sido muy buenos, aunque nos encontramos con algún camarero falto de educación y bastante desagradable. Es una pena porque desmejora la imagen del resto del equipo.

Reserva de tumbonas, que está prohibida pero desde las 9:45 hacen fila para reservar una tumbona, dos o tres que solo utilizan un rato, dejan las toallas y se van y quien las necesita tienen que poner las cosas en el suelo. Como es posible que la gente sea tan poco empática. El hotel lo prohíbe pero lo permite. Piscina pequeña, poco profunda y falta de limpieza.Magnifica terraza para tomar algo,si eres fumador, si eres no fumador mejor tómate algo dentro del hotel. Animación del hotel para extranjeros.

Personal muy atentos y rápidos en gestionar cualquier duda, el dpto de recepción de 10,la hab me sorprendió por la amplitud, en general hemos estado muy cómodos, la Srta de limpieza un 10, muy atenta en todo, estuve en la 430 y la verdad que nos hemos ido tristes por los pocos días 4 que estuvimos hospedados pero contentos por la calidad del Hotel Kaktus. Gracias
Nothing at all, the only thing we went on Friday and that night there was a seafood dinner, hahaha we haven't tried seafood but the previous lunches and dinners of 10, everything was super good and everything was sooooo well cooked.

La ubicación en 1° línea de playa, habitación espaciosa y terraza con vista al mar.
Playa de piedras y comida con poco sabor.
La nevera de la habitación va con llave y te obligan a consumición mínima de 10€ para poder abrirla, así que o pagas o no puedes utilizarla para tener tus bebidas frescas.
