The hotel is located in the historic heart of Assisi, just a few meters from the Plaza de Santa Clara. From this old medieval complex, guests will be able to enjoy excellent panoramic views: to the left, the marvelous façade of the Basilica of Santa Chiara; to the right, the evocative view of the church of Santa María la Mayor; behind, the 'Chiesa Nuova' and the Cathedral of San Rufino with the imposing 'Rocca Maggiore' on top; while in front is the verdant Valle Umbra surrounded by gently rolling hills. The bus station is around 700 m from the hotel and the Santa Maria degli Angeli railway station is approximately 5 km away. Sant'Egidio airport is situated at a distance of around 20 km, while Ancona airport and Leonardo da Vinci-Fiumicino airport are some 144 km and 207 km away respectively. The residence was built in the 14th century and consists of 7 independent suites with great views and outdoor spaces, beautiful gardens and terraces. The hotel is an oasis of peace in the city of San Francisco. In addition, there is a laundry service on request.
