Very good service at reception by Alexis (director) and his colleague, as well as by the rest of the hotel staff, very pleasant and familiar treatment.

The mattresses and pillows should be replaced because we did not rest very well during the days we were there.

Buena atención por parte del director(Alexis) y el resto del personal del hotel,así como las instalaciones del mismo,muy respetuosos y atentos con el huésped.
They should replace the mattresses and pillows, they look quite used and it is difficult to rest on them.
Deberían renovar los colchones y almohadas,se ven bastantes usados y se descansa muy mal en ellos.

The food (poor, repetitive and lack of food for intolerant people (even though we warned them on our arrival), the schedule was an hour and a half, but after an hour, they no longer brought out many of the things, long queues to enter, little animation - entertainment and few staff (the poor things put in many hours due to lack of staff (waiters and lifeguards)
La comida (escasa, repetitiva y falta de comida para intolerantes (aún avisando a nuestra llegada), el horario era de hora y media, pero al de una hora, ya no sacaban muchas de las cosas, largas colas para entrar, poca animación -entretenimiento y poco personal (los pobres meten muchísimas horas por falta de personal (camareros y socorristas)
