• The check in time will be from 16.00 to 21.00h.
• To make the delivery of keys you must present the same day of arrival at the reception of the apartments.
• In case of arriving after 21.00h there will be a supplement of € 20 per apartment. You must call the telephone number that we will indicate in the confirmation voucher to advise of the approximate time of arrival.

• You will be asked for a deposit of € 100 per apartment.
  • The deposit can be left in cash or by giving a credit card number.
  • To return this deposit, you must provide the credit card details or an account number.
  • This deposit will be refunded after 48 hours after departure and whenever the house has been left in the same conditions in which it was found.
  • If you do not carry out the final cleaning you will be deducted an amount of approximately € 20 from the deposit.
• Check-out will be before 10:00 am on the day of departure. In case of making the exit later it will be paid one more day of stay.

• Pets Allowed. In case of traveling with pets you must hire the pet supplement of € 5 / day and pet, which you will find during the booking process.

• The customer will be responsible for and will pay for any damage that may be caused by the pet during the stay.
