Good value for money. There is a waiter, called Robert, who is very friendly, kind and always has a smile on his face.
Relación calidad precio bueno. Hay un camarero, llamado Robert, muy simpático, amable y siempre con una sonrisa en la cara.
The food is very repetitive and of average quality. There were not many people, but there were times when there was a queue to order at the pool bar as the cafeteria was closed. There was a lack of staff to make everything run more smoothly.
La comida es muy repetitiva y de calidad regular. No había mucha gente, pero había momentos que se formada cola para pedir en el bar de la piscina ya que la cafetería estaba cerrada. Faltaba personal para que todo fuera más fluido.

The food is good and there is variety. An excellent location, very close to the beach and Plaza del Mar, although there are not many services within walking distance.
La comida es buena y hay variedad.
Una ubicación excelente, muy próxima a la playa y a la Plaza del Mar, aunque no hay muchos servicios cerca para ir andando.
The coffee machines at breakfast are a mess! In one you can't put black coffee, in another you can't put milk... and on one occasion, none of them worked.
Las máquinas del café del desayuno son un desastre! En alguna no puedes ponerte café solo, en otra no puedes ponerte leche… y en una ocasión, no funcionaba ninguna.

Car Park for 6 euros. The food, although not very varied, was very tasty.

Hotel where you can't rest, we tell the manager and the reception and they tell us that they will fix it and that it won't happen again. People shouting and running around the hotel until 3 in the morning. Very basic food. One meat, one fish, a couple of accompaniments. Pasta and fried food for children. Gazpacho.
Hotel en el que no se puede descansar, se lo decimos al director y la recepción y nos dicen que lo van a solucionar que no va a volver a pasar. Gente gritando y corriendo por todo el hotel hasta las 3 de la mañana. Comida muy justa. Una carne , un pescado , un par de acompañamientos. Pasta y fritanga para niños. Gazpacho.

Everything was great, ideal for travelling with the family, the entertainment and the entertainers are great! It is true that there is not a lot of variety in food like in other hotels, but what there is is all very good and is more than enough! We will definitely come back!!

The hotel's entertainment and the hotel staff in general are all lovely.
La animación del hotel y en general todo el personal del hotel son encantadores.
The parasols at the pool barely provide shade and it is very hot there. On the other hand, the issue of sunbeds should be instructored more closely, people leave their towels in the morning and leave... and when you arrive, everything is occupied, that part is really bad.
En la piscina las sombrillas que hay apenas dan sombra y allí hace muchísimo calor. Por otro lado, se debería vigilar más el tema de las hamacas, la gente deja las toallas desde por la mañana y se van ....y cuando llegas , todo está ocupado, esa parte muy mal, de verdad.

Comfortable hotel, ideal for a family stay. The location is very good. We ate very well. The service is very pleasant. The cleanliness is very correct. Totally recommendable. I would definitely stay here again.
Hotel confortable, ideal para estancia familiar. La ubicación es muy buena. Comimos muy bien. El trato es muy agradable. La limpieza es muy correcta. Totalmente recomendable. Repetiría sin duda.
Provide more effective dishwashing and more coffee spoons. Nothing more to add.

Very pleasantly surprised. 4 star hotel that really is a 4 star. The hotel is nice, with nice decoration, cozy, not cold at all. The cleanliness is excellent, also in the main areas. The pool water is very clean despite the large number of people who were constantly in the water. The food is excellent. The grill options are always very tasty and varied. The best thing about breakfast is the fresh orange juice, they make the toast themselves, eliminating a lot of waiting time in queues, the sandwiches and the eggs to order. The staff is very professional, both the waiters, receptionists, lifeguards, chambermaids and the entertainment is great. Without a doubt the best show is the birds of prey show. The location of the hotel is excellent for getting around the area, Cabo de Gata and Almería capital.
Muy gratamente sorprendida. Hotel de 4 estrellas que realmente es un 4 estrellas. El hotel es bonito, con una decoración bonita, acogedor, nada frío. La limpieza estupenda, también en las zonas comunes. Agua de las piscinas muy limpia a pesar de la gran cantidad de gente que había dentro del agua constantemente. La comida excelente. Las opciones de plancha siempre muy ricas y variadas. Lo mejor del desayuno el zumo de naranja natural, que hagan ellos las tostadas eliminando mucho tiempo de espera en colas, los sandwiches y los huevos al gusto. El personal muy profesional, tanto los camareros, recepcionistas, socorristas, camareras de piso y la animación genial. Sin duda el mejor espectáculo el de aves rapaces. La ubicación del hotel es excelente para moverte por la zona, cabo de gata y Almería capital.
I didn't like that people are allowed to drink in the pool and that they leave their glasses and all-inclusive leftovers on the pool floor (this isn't the hotel's fault, it's a matter of civility).
No me gustó que se permita beber dentro de la piscina y que la gente deje sus vasos y restos del todo incluido tirado por el suelo de la piscina (esto no es cosa del hotel, es un tema de civismo)
