The nearest public beaches are Old Vic Village and Elyssee Dream Beach, both just a 15-minute walk away. A short 5 minute taxi ride away is the center of Sekalla and the new high-end marina area. The apartments are about 6 km from Hurghada airport. The 220 apartments are new, modern and contemporary in design. In addition, guests have at their disposal a terrace on the fifth floor and an administrative office with 24-hour security and reception/check-out service. Other facilities that will be inaugurated in the coming months are a gym and a cybercafé. There is also an elevator. Arab people need a marriage certificate to share a double room.
