The 43 bedrooms are all different, each decorated with a wall completely covered in an image portraying South Beach and its glorious views only to be complemented by a decorative accent pattern in an elegant cut-out sequence. Rooms at the Penguin Hotel include sinks, compact refrigerators, plasma screen televisions, cable TV, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, essential items, and in-room safe that can fit your laptop. Penguin Hotel guests have full access to the rooftop located at its sister hotel President Villa, less than a minute's walk from the hotel. The pool has sun loungers, umbrellas, towels and views of the famous Collins Avenue. Resort fee of $19.00 + tax ($21.66 total) per room, per night, based on double occupancy, will be collected at check-in. Resort Fee Includes: Breakfast for 2 from 8:00 am to 11:00 am, Welcome Coupons for 2 (can be used from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm), Beach Towels, Wi-Fi, Pool Access on the rooftop, use of the in-room safe, unlimited local calls, and 2 bottles of water in the room for guests to enjoy. For the third and fourth guests staying in the room, the hotel will charge a resort fee of $10.83 per additional guest.
