The establishment, located in the town of Lagoa, in the south-central part of the island, is an excellent starting point to discover the island of Sao Miguel. A walking tour allows guests to visit the pottery factory, beautiful churches, a picturesque fishing port, beaches and swimming pools, as well as enjoy traditional cuisine in many local restaurants. There are public transport stops at the doors of the establishment. It is only 10 minutes from Nordela Airport (São Miguel Island). Housed in a 19th century building combining traditional and modern design, the establishment is ideally located 50 m from the sea. It offers a total of 15 bedrooms with panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding areas, as well as a bar and breakfast room. There are a total of 15 bedrooms, completely renovated in 2010. Other facilities included are air conditioning, safe, Internet connection, car park and bicycle rental service. The bedrooms are simply but comfortably furnished, and offer views of the ocean and the surrounding area. All accommodations have a private bathroom with a shower.. Other standard amenities include double beds, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV and individually controlled air conditioning. The nearby beach is rocky and sandy. Breakfast is served as an open buffet. From the airport, follow the road to Lagoa (about 10 km). Then there is a roundabout, where guests should take the second exit and at the next roundabout they should take the first exit. Continue straight, to take the second street on the left.
