Plage propre, hôtel bien fréquenté avec agents de sécurité, le personnel de nettoyage et les serveurs restaient souriants malgré la pression exercée sur eux et le manque d'organisation dans cette hotel

The management of the hotel by the reception is catastrophic: 1st day: my room with air conditioning which does not work and I am sent from room to room without finding a solution to the problem, and at night a missing cushion to sleep for one of the 4 people in the room, it is only during the 2nd day that a solution was finally found with finally a room with an air conditioner which works, on the other hand this room was not even cleaned when we could have it, even the sheets have not yet been changed, we had to wait 15h - 15h30 for it to be cleaned, by after 2 days later we are told that supposedly we did not pay for our stay despite that I showed my confirmation voucher and that the money was nevertheless withdrawn from my bank account and that on the 1st day I was told everything is ok, I had to insist to be able to justify that I paid everything, after finally insisting, a guy from the reception told me I called é and it's ok without even apologizing and more after looking for me in my room! And when I asked to see a manager I was told it's not possible Despite the All Inclusive formula, make a long queue to be able to drink a soft-drink Pool poorly maintained

La gestion de l'hôtel par la réception est catastrophique : 1er jour : ma chambre avec climatiseur qui ne fonctionne pas et on m'envoie de chambre en chambre sans trouver de solution au problème, et la nuit un coussin manquant pour dormir pour une des 4 personnes de la chambre, ce n'est que durant le 2e jour qu'une solution a enfin été trouvée avec enfin une chambre avec un climatiseur qui fonctionne, par contre cette chambre n'était même pas nettoyée lorsque nous avons pu l'avoir, même les draps n'ont pas encore été changés, il a fallu attendre 15h - 15h30 pour qu'elle soit nettoyée, par après 2 jours après on nous dit que soi-disant nous n'avons pas payé notre séjour malgré que j'ai montré mon bon de confirmation et que l'argent a été pourtant bien retiré de mon compte en banque et que le 1er jour on m'a dit tout est ok, j'ai du insister pour pouvoir justifier que j'ai tout payer, après avoir enfin insisté, un gars de la réception me dit j'ai téléphoné et c'est ok sans même présenter des excuses et en plus après m'avoir cherché dans ma chambre! Et quand j'ai demandé de voir un responsable on me dit ce n'est pas possible Malgré la formule All inclusive, faire une longue file d'attente pour pouvoir boire un soda Piscine mal entretenue
