Il n’y en a pas!

A FUIR !!!! - Old and dirty hotel - check-in at 2pm, room not made available until 5pm - 1st room without air-conditioning (out of order) all dismantled 3 days to change my room - 2nd room, water leak in toilet, 3 hours to repair - Unfriendly staff not at all helpful to customers, at least 10 customers asked to change rooms while I waited at reception for check-in (in 3 hours). - cloudy pool where you can't see your feet - unvaried meals and lack of plates and cups to serve you at breakfast - queues in all departments (lack of staff), reception, restaurant... - very unpleasant reception - outdated and dirty rooms - queues in the elevators, when they work at all - all cocktails served in disposable plastic glasses - you choose an all-inclusive package, but everything is limited... In short, a so-called 4-star hotel that's worthless... a pure scandal! Nothing positive... - forced to eat outside, half the water fountains empty, a mission to get a bottle of water for the night! Not normal with the heat and the air-conditioning not working in the rooms!

A FUIR !!!! - Hôtel vétuste et sale - checkin à 14H, chambre mis à disposition qu’à 17H - 1ere chambre sans Clim (HS) toute démonté 3 jours pour me changer de chambre - la 2eme, fuite d’eau dans les WC, 3H pour venir réparer - Personnel pas sympathique et pas du tout à la disposition du client, au mois 10 clients ont demandés de changer de chambre pendant que je patientais à la réception pour le check-in ( en 3H) - piscine trouble où vous ne voyez pas vos pieds - repas non varié et manque d assiettes et de tasse au petit déjeuner pour vous servir - files d’attente dans tous les services (manque de personnel), réception, restaurant… - accueil réception très désagréable - chambres vétustes et sales - file d’attente dans les ascenseurs, quand il fonctionne - tous les cocktails sont servis dans des verres en plastique jetables - vous choisissez un tout inclus mais dites vous que tout est limité… Bref un soit disant 4 étoiles mais qui ne vaut rien … un pur scandale ! Rien de positif… - obligé des manger à l’extérieur, la moitié des fontaines à eau sont vides, une mission pour avoir une bouteille d’eau pour la nuit! Pas normal avec la chaleur et la climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas dans les chambres
