- Prices in the hotel bars (food and drinks are excessively expensive (e.g. 1.5L water - €6) - Clear lack of staff (employees with multiple functions, sometimes in positions for which they are not even trained) - Hotel is defined as 5 stars but does not have the characteristics of a 5 star hotel. It is clearly a 4 star hotel. - View from the room (Although it is interesting, the view we had was not good) - Broken objects inside the room - Pool area without privacy (Facing the road, although anyone passing by can freely access the hotel.)
