Pas de la Casa
La Solana 3000 5 Star Apartments are located in Pas de la Casa, a beautiful mountain village located at the foot of the Grandvalira ski resort. The apartments are located between 300 and 500 meters from the slopes, right in front of the Magic Pas hotel and in the center of Pas de la Casa.
They can accommodate up to 6 people and have a kitchen equipped with everything you need for a holiday in the mountains, bathroom and living room with TV.
Distribution of the apartments:
In any of the cases the bedrooms can have either 2 single beds or a double bed in each one of them, the customer can ask for bed preference although it will not be confirmed until the arrival.
The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, hotplates, microwave, coffee maker and kitchenware. In addition, bed linen and towels are provided for all guests. In addition, a small cleaning kit is included for the first days.

Reception: From 17:00h to 20:00 hours.
Surcharge in case of late check in:
- Check-time until 20:00 hours free of charge.
- Key delivery from 20:01h to 00:00h00 hours surcharge of 20€ payable directly on arrival. (Please advise at least 24 hours in advance).
- Key delivery from 00:01h01h to 02:00h surcharge of 35€ direct payment on arrival. (Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance).
- Key delivery from 02:01 am surcharge of one full day more.
On the last day of your holiday, when you leave the apartments you must leave the kitchen and kitchenware clean and tidy, as well as deposit the waste in the relevant containers. In the case of non-compliance with these requirements, the accommodation may retain part of the deposit as a penalty.
