The guy at the reception, Luis Miguel, a very good professional. He solved our room problem immediately. Very attentive and helpful.

The assigned room does not meet habitability standards (it did not have a window and they wanted to solve it with a screen). That room in a 4-star hotel is not normal (or legal). They should not offer it to any guest.
La habitación asignada no cumple los estándares de habitabilidad (no tenía ventana y con una mampara querían solucionarlo). No es normal (ni legal) esa habitación en un hotel de 4 estrellas. No deberían de ofrecerla a ningún huésped.
