The people at the reception are very attentive and helpful. The checkin and checkout process was very fast and comfortable. The hotel and the room were very quiet, despite being in an area with a lot of traffic and movement of trains and trams.
Las personas de recepción muy atentas y serviciales. El proceso de checkin y checkout fue muy rápido y cómodo. El hotel y la habitación eran muy silenciosos, pese a estar en una zona con bastante tráfico y movimiento de trenes y tranvías.
The rooms, even having a superior one, were small, with hardly any space or surfaces to leave clothes and suitcases. On the other hand, the air conditioning did not work properly, it did not provide heat, and although we requested the repair two days ago, they could not solve the problem and we had to sleep quite cold in the room. Breakfast is normal for the high price, with hardly any hot options or more elaborate than industrial pastries. I think that for the price, it is worth not having breakfast and having breakfast outside in one of the many cafes around the hotel.
Las habitaciones, aun teniendo una superior, era pequeña, sin apenas espacio y superficies para dejar la ropa y maletas. Por otro lado, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente, no echaba calor, y aunque solicitamos la reparación dos días, no pudieron solventar el problema y tuvimos que dormir con bastante frío en la habitación. El desayuno es normal para el precio tan elevado que tiene, sin apenas opciones calientes o más elaboradas que bollería industrial. Creo que por el precio, compensa no coger el desayuno y desayunar fuera en alguna de las muchas cafeterías que hay alrededor del hotel.
