The hotel is located in the middle of the Tuscan countryside, between fields of hay and sunflowers. This is a charming little hotel, housed in a well-restored old farmhouse, built in 1700 with 16 bedrooms of various sizes. It welcomes its guests in a lobby and, among other facilities, it has a safe, lift and TV room. In addition, the hotel is air-conditioned. There is a small 'osteria' with good Tuscan food, as well as 24-hour Wi-Fi Internet connection, laundry service, private car park and bicycle rental available to guests. All the bedrooms are very nice and quiet. They have been restored with old equipment s, such as wooden beams and terracotta floors. All of them have central heating or personalized air conditioning. Some of the bathrooms in the bedrooms have a shower and others come with a bathtub. In addition, the bedrooms have a double or king-size bed and other amenities such as a hairdryer, direct dial telephone, Internet connection, safe, ironing set and a minibar with free drinks. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool for the summer, with sun loungers to relax. Furthermore, guests can cycle from the hotel and, for an additional fee, they can also go horseback riding. The hotel serves a breakfast buffet and dinner can be ordered from a set menu. From the airport of Rome or Florence, the hotel can be reached via the A1, taking the Arezzo exit. Then you have to follow the road to San Zeno and the equestrian center.
