5.3 Maria Antonia Traveled solo Booked on Amimir.com July 2023 Average Excellent location. Quiet and practical. Staff in general. The stay was pleasant and I may repeat it next year, but they need to improve many things.

Ubicación excelente Tranquilo y practico. Personal en general. La estancia fue agradable y puede ser que repita el próximo año, pero deben mejorar muchas cosas.

Very noisy, they need to improve insulation from the outside as it is on the main street. Minimal shower, very uncomfortable, you can hardly use it, Room 214. Air conditioning too weak. You couldn't drink the orange juice at breakfast, I'm not asking for it to be natural but you couldn't drink it. Of the 8 breakfasts we had at the hotel's mini buffet, 6 didn't have coffee spoons, and when we asked for them they told us that there weren't any left so we could take the big ones. They don't provide a top sheet, only a bottom sheet and a bedspread, we had to ask for them. On many days they didn't have towels available for the pool. You must leave the hotel before 11:00. They don't provide a courtesy room to change into if your flight is late. Their outdoor cafeteria, El Cubanísimo, closes too early, at 23:00h. We sat down at 10:45 p.m. and they acted like fools until 113:00h, when they came over to tell us that the bar was no longer open because it was 113:00h

Muy ruidoso , necesitan mejorar aislamiento con el exterior al estar en calle principal. Ducha mínima, incomodísima, casi no se coge, Habitación 214. Aire acondicionado demasiado débil. Zumo de naranja del desayuno no se podía tomar, no pido que sea natural pero no sé podía beber. De 8 desayunos que hicimos en el mini bufet del hotel, 6 no había cucharillas de café, y al pedirlas nos dijeron que ya no había que cogieramos de las grandes. No ponen sábana encimera solo bajera y colcha, tuvimos que pedirlas. Muchos días no tenían toallas disponibles para la piscina. La salida del hotel debe hacerse antes de las 11.00. No facilitan habitación de cortesía para cambiarse si el vuelo es tardio. Su cafetería exterior, El Cubanísimo, cierra demasiado pronto, a las 23,00h. Nos sentamos a las 22,45 y se hicieron los locos hasta las 23.00 , hora en la que se acercaron para decirnos que la barra ya no servía por ser las 23.00.
