That drinks are not included in the lunch and dinner menu, but that's like in all hotels... the child went straight to the juice dispensers, and that at the picnic they give you a small bottle of water for free and then you have to pay for the water...
Que no entren las bebidas en comidas y cenas pero vamos como en todos los hoteles.......el niño iba derecho a los dispensadores de zumo, y que en el picnic te pongan una botellita gratis de agua pequeñita y que luego tengas que pagar por el agua......

Very good
The shows were very entertaining, the staff were friendly, the location was good, the room was spacious, the cleaning was average and the buffet was a bit sparse but the food was delicious and of good quality.
Los show muy divertidos, personal amable, ubicación bien, habitación amplia, limpieza normal y buffet algo escaso pero comida rica y calidad.
They gave us a booklet to put stamps on every time we had a cocktail, but they weren't included with the mixed drinks, which were even more expensive. It may be a joke, but we thought it was unfair since we consumed more and we weren't entitled to any raffle or free drink like others.
Nos dieron una cartilla para poner sellos cada vez q tomábamos un cóctel, pero con los cubatas no entraban, siendo éstos incluso más caros. Puede ser una chorrada, pero nos pareció injusto ya q consumíamos más y no teníamos derecho a ningún sorteo o copa gratis como otros.

The staff deserve a 10, they are all charming.
El personal se merecen un 10 son todos un encanto.
What was written on the website about dogs being admitted has nothing to do with what they make you sign there. They charge you €5 a day for having the dog on the street since it cannot be anywhere, not even just in the room. There is no air conditioning in the main areas. The new management leaves a lot to be desired.
Lo que ponía en la web sobre la admisión de perros no tiene nada que ver con lo que te hacen firmar allí te cobran 5€ al día por tener al perro en la calle ya que no puede estar en ningún sitio,no tan siquiera en solo en la habitación. No hay aire acondicionado en las zonas comunes. La nueva gerencia deja muuchoo que desear.

The staff are all great, they are the best thing about the hotel.
El personal son todos estupendos, son lo mejor del hotel
The Petfriendly policy, what was stated on the website is not what they make you sign when you arrive, you pay €5 a day for the dog to be on the street all day because it cannot be anywhere, not even left alone in the room. There is no air conditioning in the main areas, the new management by the heiress of the former owner, may she rest in peace, leaves a lot to be desired.
La política Petfriendly, lo que ponía en la web no es lo que te hacen firmar cuando llegas pagas 5€ al día para que el perrit@ este todo el día en la calle porque no puede estar en ningún sitio tan siquiera quedarse sol@ en la habitación. No hay aacc en las zonas comunes, la nueva gerencia por parte de la heredera del antiguo dueño que en paz descanse deja muuchoo que desear.

The food is good, although there is little variety, there is never a lack of choice, the hotel pool is quiet, we liked it more than the one at the Alone hotel, but the hammocks are very uncomfortable in both hotels. The cove is a 10-minute walk away. Quality and price very good, the We didn't know the area and we liked more that the lift is quiet but alive and with good communication with the center, buses at the exit of the hotel, although walking to the center is a half hour walk. We would repeat without a doubt. As a recommendation, the Héroes bar is a place quiet with good service and beers at 1.50 two blocks from the hotel and in the cove the Taberna la Vasca good atmosphere for a few drinks with karaoke and very good vibes from the waiters.
La comida buena ,aunque poca variedad nunca falta donde elegir,la piscina del hotel está tranquila nos gustó más que la del hotel Alone pero las hamacas son muy incómodas en ambos hoteles.La cala está a 10 minutos andando.Calidad precio muy bien, la zona no la conociamos y nos gusto mas que levante tranquila pero con vida y buena comunicación con el centro, buses a la salida del hotel ,aunque andando al centro es un paseo de media hora .Repetiríamos sin duda.Como recomendación el bar Héroes un lugar tranquilo con buena atención y las cervezas a 1'50 a dos calles de hotel y en la cala la Taberna la Vasca buen ambiente para unas copas con karaoke y muy buen rollo los camareros.

Everything is perfect, above all I want to highlight Kevin, Arantxa and Joaquín for their kindness these days, especially with my little daughter, they behaved spectacularly.
Está todo perfecto, sobretodo quiero destacar a Kevin , Arantxa y Joaquín la amabilidad en estos días sobretodo con mi hija pequeña se portaron espectacular.
I can't say anything negative, the hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the best coves and the staff is top 10 and facilities are the same.
No puedo poner nada negativo, el hotel está ubicado a 5 minutos a pies de las mejores calas y el personal de 10 e instalaciones igual
