8.4 Maika Travelled with friends Booked on Esquiades.com March 2024 The aparthotel is very complete. The attention is great (French, English and even Spanish). The reception is open almost all day (I guess at night too). Very complete kitchen other services. From 5pm they allow access to the spa (saunas) without paying.

El aparthotel es muy completo. La atención es estupenda (francés, inglés e incluso español). La recepción abiertas casi todo el día (supongo que por la noche también). Los accesorios de cocina muy completos. A partir de las 17h permiten acceder al spa (saunas) sin pagar.

What is noticeable is that the cleaning/maintenance staff are a little overwhelmed (for example, we found the dishwasher with dirty dishes from previous customers), but when we complained, the attention and apologies were immediate . You can also notice the rush because they don't leave what is appropriate (scoop, dishwasher tablets), although if you ask for them they give them to you. Also some bulbs that don't work. Car Park is paid (16 euros per day) and if you want a bathrobe to go to the pool, you have to pay 16 euros for it. It would be necessary to improve the access to the egg to go to the slopes (only 100 ms from the hotel), but it is true that the area is under construction. The temperature of the pool a little cold.

Lo que se nota es que el personal de la limpieza/ mantenimiento van un poco desbordados (nosotros por ejemplo nos encontramos el lavaplatos con los platos sucios de los clientes anteriores), aunque sin embargo, cuando nos quejamos, la atención y las disculpas fueron inmediatas. También se notan las prisas p.q. no acaban de dejar lo que corresponde (estropajo, pastillas para el lavaplatos), aunque si las pides te las dan. También algunas bombillas que no funcionan. El parquing es de pago (16 euros al día) y si quieres un albornoz para ir a la piscina, tienes que pagar 16 euros por él. Faltaría mejorar el acceso al huevo para ir a pistas (a solo 100 ms del hotel), pero es cierto que la zona está en obras. La temperatura de la piscina un poco fría.
