The hotel is located on the southwest coast of Madeira, between a marina, mountains and a beach, 25 minutes from Funchal. You will go through a series of tunnels that lead to Madalena do Mar and then to the hotel which is right in front of a small shopping center that It's called "Pingo Twelve".
