This hotel was surrounded by a pine forest, is located near the Balneario 4 at the junction between Playa de Palma and El Arenal, in a quiet side street. The kilometre-long sandy beach is only 300 meters away from the hotel. The town center is one kilometre. He can walk without any problem to the nearest public transport 200 meters, from which buses leave regularly to Palma. This fully air-conditioned beach hotel was built in 1973 and renovated in 1997, it has ten floors with a total of 241 rooms, including 24 singles and 217 doubles as well as a beautiful garden of 1,000 m².
