The staff was very good. Especially where we rented the ski equipment, the guy was very friendly. The food was delicious and the staff who replenish and serve the food were also very attentive and friendly. The only fault I would say is that the wall between the rooms is very small and you can hear what is going on in the next room. But for the rest the room was perfect, the cleaning service was unbeatable, and the cleaning service does a very good job. I would recommend this hotel and I hope to return next season.
Muy buen trato del personal. En especial dónde nos alquilaron el equipo de esquí, muy amable el chico.
La comida muy rica y el personal que repone y sirve la comida también muy atento y amable.
Como única falla diría que la pared entre habitación y habitación es muy pequeña y se escucha lo que sucede en la habitación de al lado. Pero por lo demás la habitación perfecto, el maño insuperable, el servicio de limpieza hace una muy buena faena.
Recomendaría éste hotel y espero repetir la temporada que viene.

The location is spectacular. You can walk to the chairlift that takes you up to the slopes. The rooms are renovated, very spacious and the bathroom is new. The buffet breakfast has a wide variety of options. Regarding the staff, I would like to thank Clemen for all his good disposition and kindness. They also offer a rental service for equipment and their technicians helped me adjust my own skis, as well as offering us free ski lockers . We will definitely come back because we had a great stay.
La ubicación es espectacular. Puedes ir andando al telesilla que te sube a pistas. Las habitaciones están renovadas, son muy espaciosas y el baño es nuevo.
El desayuno buffet tiene mucha variedad de opciones.
Respecto al personal, agradecerle a Clemen toda su buena disposición y amabilidad.
Además, ofrecen servicio de alquiler de material y sus técnicos me ayudaron a ajustar mis esquís propios, además de ofrecernos guardaesquís gratuitos.
Repetiremos seguro porque tuvimos una estancia genial.

The hotel is very welcoming, the heating is excellent as is the shower. The meals are highly recommended, there is nothing better after a day of sport than a hot and abundant meal.

Both the sheets and the towels, the floor, in general the entire room was dirty, as if the bed linen/towels had not been cleaned or changed after the previous guests. In the breakfast/dinner service the plates, glasses and cutlery were also dirty (not just one, we checked several and they were all dirty), the water that came out of the machines looked like it had an effervescent tablet because it came out white, the chocolate/coffee was 95% water and juices the same. In general the quality of the food service is terrible, it shows that there is not much competition nearby. I wouldn't recommend eating at that restaurant even to my worst enemy.
Tanto las sábanas como las toallas, el suelo, en general toda la habitación estaba sucia, como si no se hubiese limpiado ni cambiado la ropa de cama/toallas después de los anteriores huéspedes. En el servicio de desayuno/cena los platos, vasos y cubiertos estaban sucios también (no solo uno, comprobamos varios y todos sucios), el agua que salía de las máquinas parecía que tenia una pastilla efervescente porque salía blanca, el chocolate/café era 95% agua y los zumos igual. En general la calidad del servicio de comidas es pésima, se nota que no hay mucha competencia cerca. Comer en ese restaurante no se lo recomendaría ni a mi peor enemigo.

The cleanliness leaves something to be desired, especially in the restaurant, dirty plates, glasses and cutlery dirty with food remains and not a little... a spoon for example with large remains of puree, you notify the reception (very kind and attentive in our case Mrs Rosa ) but management in this case seems to be overlooking the topic. Because throughout the weekend the same thing happens for dinner and breakfast. The food, well, leaves a little to be desired. We went as a family, my children are small and they devour the rice with tomato, but there was no way to get the one from the hotel. I tried it and the tomato was watery, the fish was hard as a stone, and the yogurts were unrefrigerated on the buffet. And the microwaves... quite an explosion inside, they haven't seen a cloth in a while. We are not gourmets, but hygiene is essential, the excuse that the hotel is a battle for schoolchildren during the week does not work, because I know that my children are going to eat from dirty plates... I don't know what to tell you! The rooms were renovated, but dirty with dust and in our case we moved the beds so that the kids wouldn't fall out and we found dirt and a dirty sock from who knows who.. And the 3 stars? For the hotel services? All closed, sauna, TV lounge, disco, lounges... the only thing was the lounge bar, all crowded together, I ended up playing with my little son in reception. I could go on, but I think that's enough. A shame because it could be much better. A 0 for the restoration and the hotel manager.
La limpieza deja que desear sobretodo en el restaurante, platos sucios, vasos y cubiertos sucios con restos de comida y no un poco… una cuchara por ejemplo con restos grandes de pure, avisas a recepción (muy amable y atenta en nuestro caso la Sra Rosa) pero gerencia en este caso, parece que pasa del tema. Porque durante todo el fin de semana se sucede lo mismo para cenar y desayunar. La comida, pues bueno, deja un poco que desear. Fuimos en familia, mis hijos son pequeños y el arroz con tomate lo devoran, pero el del hotel no hubo manera, lo probé y es que el tomate estaba como aguado, el pescado duro como una piedra, los yogures sin refrigerar en el bufet. Y los microondas… todo una explosión en su interior, no han visto una bayeta en tiempo. No somos sibaritas, pero la higiene es primordial, no sirve la excusa que el hotel es de batalla para escolares durante la semana, porque si se que mis hijos van a comer en platos sucios… no se que deciros! Las habitaciones renovadas, pero sucias de polvo y en nuestro caso movimos las camas para que no se cayeran los crios y nos apareció suciedad y un calcetin sucio de vete tu a saber quien. Y las 3 estrellas? Por los servicios del hotel? Todos cerrados, sauna, salon tv, discoteca, salones… lo unico el salon bar, todos apiñados, acabe jugando con mi hijo pequeño en recepción. Podría seguir, pero creo que es suficiente. Una pena porque podría ser mucho mejor. Un 0 para la restauración y el gerente del hotel.
