Las abitaciones un poco antiguas, con bañera para la ducha,etc.

El buffet tenía poquísima variedad es uno de los más pequeños que he visto y normalito, las actividades deportivas dentro del hotel como el minigolf no tendrían que tener un coste extra y las instalaciones deportivas necesitan un mantenimiento están muy deterioradas, lo único que está abierto todo el día es el bar de la piscina no hay nada más en este hotel, el bufet uno de los más pequeños que he visto en mi vida con muy poca variedad y muy normalito, al acoger a mascotas las oyes ladrar en las habitaciones cuando se van sus dueños, nosotros teníamos una al lado justo tambien, no puedes ir andando a nada, no hay nevera minibar en la habitación ni teléfono, la música de la piscina todos los dias era la misma (clásicos) y extremadamente alta y la gente fumaba y llevaba sus vasos y botellas de cristal.El hotel en si para mi no llega a 3 estrellas.

The varied buffet, every day they changed some dishes, always meat, fish and vegetables, salads, fruits, yogurts, cakes... more than we wanted, excellent breakfasts, delicious pastries, cold cuts, fruits, juices, cheeses, toasts, bread, sausages, crepes!!! More than necessary. The staff very pleasant and polite, my feeling was of a good team, maintenance always taking care of plants, pool, cleaning gardens, patios... the reception guided us very well, all our questions were kindly resolved with a smile. We were in the heat wave and the air conditioning in the room was heavenly, the pool seemed super calm to me, pleasant music, the pool bar, perfect mojito, we ate one day and the food was great, we almost regretted not having eaten there on other days... in short, very good, I congratulate the entire San Carlos team.
Nos sorprendió después de leer reseñas lo exigente que son algunas personas. El buffet variado, todos los días cambiaban algún plato, siempre carne, pescado y verdura, ensaladas, frutas, yogures, tartas...más de lo que queríamos, los desayunos estupendos, la bollería super rica, fiambres, frutas,zumos, quesos,tostadas, pan, salchichas, crepes!!! Más de lo necesario. El personal muy agradable y correcto, mi sensación era de buen equipo, mantenimiento siempre cuidando plantas, piscina, limpiando jardines, patios...la recepción nos oriento muy bien,todas nuestras preguntas nos las resolvieron amablemente y con una sonrisa. Estuvimos en la ola de calor y el aire acondicionado de la habitacion era gloria bendita, la piscina me pareció super tranquila, musiquita agradable, el bar de la piscina, perfecto el mojito, comimos un día y la comida estupenda, casi nos arrepentimos de no haber comido allí otros días...en fin, que muy bien, les doy mi enhorabuena a todo el equipo del San Carlos.

Starting with the fact that they offer rooms with double beds and the only rooms with double beds are the suites that do not appear on this page. In order to stay in a suite, I had to pay an extra €65 per night, a total of €195 + €526 = €721.00. I really don't even know how to begin to tell the whole adventure we had in this hotel. We arrived quite late, around 7:30 p.m., and we couldn't use the pool, but it's better because they had an inspection and found out that there was no chlorine. There is no lifeguard at the pool. We went to dinner and the food was very scarce and in conditions that are not allowed by law, oil and vinegar in open bottles, cooked mussels from who knows when. The man frying the eggs had uncut and dirty nails... When he should wear gloves, he wasn't. The butter was cut into cubes from a package, in a bowl and not in individual containers, as specified by law. We arrived at the suite and it had a jacuzzi, but when we turned it on, all the dirt from the pipes came out, so we didn't use it again throughout our stay.
On the second day, we requested three times for the towels to be changed, they changed them, but at 4:00 in the afternoon... you have to consider that this hotel has a pool and after using it, anyone needs to shower and then dry off. To get to the suite, we had to pass through a corridor that had no light at night, we mentioned it to the manager and he said that maintenance had been notified for days, but when we left, it still wasn't working. There are more details but I think with this, you should take action and not ruin anyone else's holiday. I specify that I am a photographer, but I haven't taken photos of all these things because I am not any kind of police and I had gone to have a good time.
Algún aspecto no, muchísimos o mejor dicho, casi todo es mejorable en este Hotel. Empezando por el hecho de que van ofertando habitaciones con camas dobles y las únicas habitaciones con camas dobles son las suite que en esta página no salen. Para poder estar en una suite me tocó pagar 65 € demás por noche, un total de 195 € + 526€=721,00 €. La verdad es que ni sé cómo empezar a contar toda la aventura que tuvimos en este Hotel. Llegamos bastante tarde, sobre las 19:30 horas y no pudimos aprovechar la piscina, pero mejor, por qué tuvieron una inspección y detectaron que no tenían cloro. En la piscina no hay socorrista. Entramos a cenar y la comida era muy escasa y en condiciones que por ley no se permiten presentar, aceite y vinagre en botellines abiertos, mejillones cocidos desde vete a saber cuando . El señor que freía los huevos tenía las uñas sin cortar, y llenas de suciedad… Cuando debería llevar guantes, pues no los llevaba. La mantequilla venía cortada en cubitos desde un paquete, en un cuenco y no en envases individuales, como está especificado por ley. Llegamos a la suite y si tenía jacuzzi, pero al encenderlo salió toda la suciedad de los tubos, así que no la volvimos a utilizar en toda la estancia.
El segundo día reclamamos tres veces que se nos cambiara las toallas , nos las cambiaron, pero a las 4:00 de la tarde… hay que tener en cuenta que este Hotel tiene piscina y a la vuelta de la piscina cualquiera necesita ducharse y luego secarse. Para llegar a la suite teníamos que pasar por un pasillo que de noche no tenía luz, se lo comentamos al director y dijo que los del mantenimiento estaban avisado desde hace días, pero cuando nos fuimos seguía sin funcionar. Hay más detalles pero creo que con esto, ustedes deberían tomar medidas y no volver a estropear las vacaciones de nadie más. Especifico que soy fotógrafo, pero no he hecho fotos de todas estas cosas porque no soy ningún tipo de policía y que había ido a pasármelo bien.

Lo que no nos a gustado la comida, el fiambre del desayuno a estado tres días el mismo seco y muy mal color la cena poca y mala calidad.
