It has 13 rooms, individually decorated and equipped bathrooms with whirlpool tub, a hair peloy higiene.En products abroad are the gardens, terraces overlooking the mountains and valleys of the Sierra de Tramuntana. Das Personal des Hotels war sehr nett, aufmerksam und entgegenkommend. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt.

I booked the Hotel Villa Sunset Con Calco on the website and received confirmation. This was supposed to be a so-called boutique hotel. When we arrived there, the hotel, which is actually a villa, was already occupied by four people who also had a confirmation for it. After contacting the service department, they explained to me that this was a mistake and that I had actually booked the Can Riera Hotel. The picture clearly showed the villa. The hotel employee explained to me that they had not been working with Villa Sunset and the operator for five years. He couldn't explain how this had come about and didn't even know Amimir. The call to the service department worked very well and I was helped quickly. They apologized several times, but were not particularly forthcoming with compensation. So there is still room for improvement in terms of accuracy and service.

Ich habe auf der Seite das Hotel Villa Sunset Con Calco gebucht und auch bestätigt bekommen. Hier sollte es sich um einen so genanntes Boutique Hotel handeln. Als wir dort ankamen, war das Hotel, welches eigentlich eine Villa ist bereits belegt von vier Personen, die auch eine Bestätigung dafür hatten. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Servicebereich erklärte man mir, dass es sich hier um einen Fehler handelte und ich das Hotel Can Riera eigentlich gebucht hätte. Auf der Abbildung war eindeutig die Villa zu sehen. Der Mitarbeiter im Hotel erklärte mir, dass man seit fünf Jahren nicht mehr zusammen mit der Villa Sunset und dem Betreiber arbeitet. Er konnte sich auch nicht erklären und kannte Amimir ja auch gar nicht, wie das zustande gekommen war. Der Anruf beim Servicebereich hat sehr gut geklappt und mir wurde dort schnell geholfen. Man hat sich mehrfach entschuldigt, allerdings ist man mir nicht besonders entgegengekommen mit einer Entschädigung. Also hier ist noch Verbesserungsbedarf, was die Genauigkeit und den Service anbelangt.
