About the accommodation

ApartmentsPedrous Tec / Tea: Stay directly on the slopes of Pas de la Casa!

Privileged location, an ideal option for snow lovers who do not want to take the car to get to the ski slopes.

Arrival hours: from 15:00h to 17:45h.

Address for key collection: It will take place at the office of the real estate agency (in your confirmation voucher you will have the exact address). It is important to bring the ID or Passport of each person who will stay in the apartment/studio.

Deposit: at your arrival you will have to pay 150€ in cash or credit card, which will be returned to you if everything is correct at your departure.

Cleaning: General cleaning is already included in the price, always between check-in and check-out the apartment is cleaned by an external company.Even so, the apartment must be left as it was found the day of departure (cleaning done, dishes clean and put away, blankets put away and throw away the garbage, and other specificities that the accommodation may ask you). In case of not leaving the apartment clean and tidy, the accommodation may retain a part of the deposit of up to 50€.

Departure time: from 08:00h to 11:00h. It will be agreed with the agency to return the keys directly to the apartment, where it will be checked that there is no damage (towels and sheets on the table and clean apartment).
Others: the apartment has towels, sheets + kit.
