About the accommodation

Lake Placid Deluxe 3000 Studios, directly on the slopes in Pas de la Casa!

These studios, located in the center of Pas de la Casa, are only 100m from the access to the Grandvalira slopes (Pas de la Casa ski area), perfect for your ski holiday!

It is a simple accommodation. It is located in the most atmospheric area of the village, so it is ideal if you want to combine skiing and apres-ski ;-)

The distribution of studios and apartments is as follows:

Studio for 3 people: living room with sofa bed or cabin with bunk beds + kitchen + bathroom (25 m2). Please note , it is a unique and diaphanous environment.
Studio for4 people (2-4): living room with sofa bed + cabin with bunk beds + kitchen + bathroom (25 m2). Please note , it is a unique and diaphanous environment.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Reception: From 17:00h to 20:00 hours.

If you are arriving after 20:00h. you must call the front desk to let them know your arrival time. The telephone number will be provided on your travel voucher.

The delivery of keys from 22:01 to 00:00 hours entails a surcharge of 20 euros to be paid directly at the accommodation.

The deliveryof keys after 00:01 a.m. entails a surcharge of 35 euros to be paid directly at the accommodation.

Deposit deposit of 150 € per apartment or studio by credit card, which will authorize in writing the charge of any damage that is detected.

Failure to declare the presence of pets will result in 100% of the deposit being charged.

On the last day of your holiday, when you leave the apartments you must leave the kitchen and kitchenware clean and tidy, as well as deposit the waste in the relevant containers. In case of non-compliance with these requirements, the accommodation may retain part of the deposit as a penalty.
