Hotel and location was good.
Rented material could only be picked up in Alpe D'huez while the hotel was in Vaujany. Same ski area on opposite sites of the mountain. A 50 minute one way drive between the villages.
This should be avoided when offering a 'package'.
Also the ski pass was booked but not with the registration codes of the domain but trough a third party I think. It took the staff at the ticket office 30 minutes to find it with the information provided with the booking. This should have been made easier so the tickets could just be picked up at the digital kiosks with the code of the domain.
