Villa West Casa Taake

The West villa is an Ibizan style house that enjoys a lot of natural light furnished in an eclectic style; a nice mix of old and new. The house has different levels as it is built on a small slope. From the garden we access the entrance, on this ground floor is the bright living/dining room with French doors that have direct access to the partially covered terrace with views of the pool. The kitchen, which also enjoys a lot of natural light, has a dining area with an original semi-circular work table. There are also two bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both have direct access to the terrace and share a bathroom with a shower. From the living room a staircase leads to the first floor where the master bedroom is located, which is open plan and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This bedroom is spacious, very bright and has access to a large private terrace with sun loungers; the ideal place to relax. From the outside we go down a few steps on the side of the house and access the lower area where the pool is. On this level there is a small apartment furnished in a simple way. The entrance is from the pool terrace, we find a small area where the kitchen is with a table, chairs and two sofas. Furthermore there is a small bedroom with two single beds and another with a double bed. Both share a small bathroom with a shower. On one side of the house, from the outside there is access to the ironing room with the washing machine, a shower and a toilet.
