The hotel service is terrible for a 4 star hotel. At reception they gave us wrong information about the price of the spa. They didn't call us a taxi, arguing that they didn't have an agreement with any, they just gave us the card of the only taxi service in the city. There weren't even a single amenity in the room. The room smelled strongly of tobacco when we entered, we asked for some air freshener, and they told us that they didn't have any and that there was no cleaning service either, since they left when they finished cleaning in the mornings. The breakfast had little variety, and it took a long time to replenish it. When we returned to the hotel at night, it was after midnight, the reception was closed, with no one there, we couldn't ask any questions we had. In general, very disappointing for a 4 star hotel.

El servicio del hotel para ser un 4 estrellas es pésimo. En recepción nos dieron información errónea sobre el precio del spa. No nos llamarón a un taxi, argumentando que no tenían concierto con ninguno, se limitaron a darnos la tarjeta del único servicio de taxi que hay en la ciudad. En la habitación no había ni un solo amenities. La habitación olía mucho a tabaco al entrar, pedimos un poco de ambientador, y nos dijeron que no tenían y que tampoco había servicio de limpieza, ya que se iban cuando terminaban de limpiar por las mañanas. El desayuno con poca variedad, y tardaban mucho en reponer. Al regresar por la noche al hotel, eran pasadas las 12 de la noche, la recepción estaba cerrada, sin nadie, no pudimos preguntar unas dudas que teníamos. En general, muy decepcionante para ser un 4 estrellas.
