The real estate agency will try that if there is more than 1 studio or apartment in the same booking to confirm them in the same building, but it can not be guaranteed, in case there is no availability in the same building we will try that you are located as close as possible.

*Studio occupancy 4/5 people:fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining room with sofa bed and a bunk bed in the hallway + 1 folding bed.
*Apartment for 4 people:fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining room with sofa bed and 1 bedroom with bed for 2 people.
*Apartment occupancy 6 people: fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining room with sofa bed, bedroom with 2 double or twin beds and a bunk bed in the hallway.
Deposit deposit of 300€ by credit card in your name, where we will authorize in writing the charge of any damage that is detected.
