In general we liked everything, we were a bit reluctant because of the comments we saw, but we liked everything. The hotel is large and it's normal that sometimes it's not easy to manage everything, but in our case everything went well, we went as a family and we liked everything. An ideal hotel for families and it works very well. Having a water park for the children is spectacular and there was always a variety of food, contrary to the comments. There is a quieter, open-air secondary grill restaurant (booking required). The all-inclusive drinks were very good (sometimes there was a queue at the bar but the staff quickly dealt with it). There is a hotel app where everything can be managed (it works very well and they deal with problems quickly).
The hotel's entertainment is impeccable, they manage to captivate the staff very well (spectacular).
All in all, we liked it and we'll definitely come back if the opportunity arises.

No Geral gostamos de tudo, íamos um pouco reticentes por causa dos comentários que vimos, mas gostamos de tudo. O Hotel é grande e é normal que por vezes nao seja facil gerir tudo, mas no nosso caso correu tudo bem, fomos em família e gostamos de tudo. Hotel ideal para famílias e funciona muito bem. Ter um parque aquático para as crianças é espetacular e sempre teve deversidade de comida ao contrário do que comentavam nos comentários. Existe um restaurante secundário mais tranquilo e ao ar livre de grelhados (necessita de marcação ). As bebidas do tudo incluido eram bastantes boas (por vezes fazia fila no bar mas rapidamente os funcionários despachavam o serviço). Existe uma aplicação do hotel onde tudo pode ser gerido por a mesma (funciona muito bem e rapidamente tratam dos problemas).
A animação do hotel é impecável, conseguem cativar muito bem o pessoal (espetacular).
No geral gostamos e voltaremos de certeza se houver oportunidade.

The hotel is perfect for travelling with children. Lots of entertainment and fun Water Slides. Very close to the beach. The entire staff is very friendly, especially Roberto.
