Villa Du Parc

The rural house (or guest house) Villa du Parc offers B&B bedrooms and rural accommodation.

It is originally a mansion from the 1930s, carefully renovated. It is surrounded by an 8000 m² park with ancient trees and a swimming pool, which offers a breathtaking view of Mount Canigou.

It is located at the entrance to Prades, less than 10 min. walk from the centre. Between sea and mountains, it is an ideal place in the centre of Conflent to discover the magnificent region of Northern Catalonia. It offers a cozy, comfortable and relaxing environment after a day visiting.

The main house and its adjoining house (“maison du gardien”) have been converted into guest bedrooms (1 to 2 people), studios (for 2 people) and rural accommodation (for 3 to 4 people).

All accommodation has a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries.

The small breakfast (included in the price of the bedrooms and optional with studios and rural lodgings) is served every morning throughout the season.

Our guests can enjoy the park, the pool and the common areas: garden furniture, fire pit, two terraces and a large common room with fireplace and bar.

In addition, there is a private car park, closed at night, for cars; so a car park for motorcycles and bicycles and luggage storage.
