On arrival the staff was very attentive (Toni) but I can't say the same for the departure (Bea).
Al llegar el personal fue muy atento (Toni) no puedo decir lo mismo de la salida (Bea)
The location was not as expected and I am very disappointed with what I contracted and deceived.

The stay was quiet and pleasant. As it is not a very large space, all the facilities are close to the bungalow and it was not very crowded so the stay was relaxing. To highlight the kindness and attention of the entertainment staff.
La estancia ha sido tranquila y agradable. Al no ser un espacio demasiado grande, todas las instalaciones quedan cerca del bungalow y no estaba muy masificado de gente por lo que la estancia ha sido relajante. A destacar la amabilidad y la atención del personal de animación.
When we arrived at the bungalow, they had the sheets and garbage from previous tenants at the entrance. We thought it would be removed shortly, but the next day, as it had rained a lot and everything had gotten wet, we decided to let them know so that they would remove it and the sheets would not be ruined. They removed the sheets but NOT the garbage. The truth seems to me a serious neglect of cleanliness as it is very unhygienic.
Cuando llegamos al bungalow, tenían en la entrada las sábanas y la basura de los inquilinos anteriores. Pensamos que la retirarían en breve, pero al día siguiente, como había llovido bastante y se había mojado todo, decidimos avisar para que lo retiraran y no se estropearan las sábanas. Retiraron las sábanas pero NO la basura. La verdad me parece un descuido grave de limpieza ya que es muy poco higiénico.

1. We could not arrive until 23:00 at night, and we did not enjoy the first day at all. Around 1 am, our legs began to itch, we have a baby, the bed was full of ants, the floor, they came out from under the fridge, under the furniture, it was a real pigsty. 2. The floor and the cabin, that have not been cleaned in many days, hair, donuts, and food debris in the corners and floor. 3. I went in the morning at 9 o'clock to complain, and Beatriz the receptionist told me, that it was normal bugs these in the field, and dirt that has nothing to tell me. I have been in several campsites, and this has never happened to me. I returned in the afternoon, because we were full of ants, and they were biting, and I'm not going on a trip to be going through these problems. 4. The schedules of activities were not the real ones according to the documentation given at the entrance. 5. I returned the keys of the cabin at 10:40, I left Alania at 13:00, and they had not gone to clean the cabin, and I told them to let me leave around 12 for the baby, I had to eat, etc etc and they said no, because my cabin was reserved and the customers came at 12, I left the clothesline crossed and it was as it was when I left. I am going to file a complaint with omic.
1. No pudimos llegar hasta las 23 de la noche, y no disfrutamos nada del primer día. Sobre las 1 de la madrugada , empezó a picarnos las piernas, tenemos un bebé, la cama llena de hormigas, el suelo, salían por debajo de la nevera , debajo de los muebles , era una auténtica pocilga. 2. El suelo y la cabaña, eso no se han limpiado en muchos días, pelos, rosquilletas, y restos de comida por los rincones y suelo. 3. Fui por la mañana a las 9 a reclamar, y Beatriz la recepcionista me dijo, que era normal los bichos estas en el campo, y la suciedad que no tiene nada que decirme. He estado en varios campings, y jamás me ha pasado esto. 3.Volvi por la tarde, porque estábamos llenos de hormigas, y picaban, y yo no me voy de viaje para estar pasando estos problemas. 4.los horarios de actividades, no eran los reales a la documentación que te Dan en la entrada. 5. Hice la devolución de las llaves de la cabaña a las 10:40, me fui de alania a las 13:00, y no habían pasado a limpiar la cabaña, y les dije que ya por las molestias me dejarán salir sobre las 12 por el bebe, tenia que comer, etc etc y me dijeron que no, porque mi cabaña estaba reservada y los clientes venían a las 12, yo dejé el tendedero cruzado y estaba tal cual cuando me fui. Voy a presentar denuncia en omic.

Very familiar atmosphere. Very friendly staff, well-kept facilities.
Ambiente muy familiar. El personal muy amable, instalaciones cuidadas.
The cleanliness of the bungalow was quite poor... we found food in the cutlery drawer (we understand that of other tenants), the bedside tables had moisturizer, stains on several sides and dampness. It didn't affect our food, but it wasn't clean at all.
La limpieza del bungalow era bastante justita... encontramos comida en el cajón de los cubiertos (entendemos que de otros inquilinos), las mesillas de noche tenían crema hidratante, manchas por varios lados y humedades. No afectaron a nuestra comidad, pero vamos, que no estab del todo limpio.
