The hotel is good for what there is in Giza, the location and views are excellent, the rooms are spacious and the breakfast is abundant, varied and very good.

We arrived at dawn with suitcases and children, and they told us that our booking was not correct, that we did not have a triple and a quadruple but rather 2 doubles, when that was not the case, and even though it was specified in our booking voucher, they did not give us other option but to pay a considerable extra for the 3 "remaining" people... in addition, an electric shaver disappeared there. It is important to highlight Amimir's excellent after-sales service!! Upon our return we told them everything that had happened, we presented them with the invoice for what they had overcharged us and then they took the necessary steps and refunded us the amount we had paid to the hotel in cash.
Llegamos a la madrugada con maletas y menores, y nos dijeron que nuestra reserva no era correcta, que no teníamos una triple y una cuádruple sino 2 dobles, cuando no era así, y a pesar de que lo especificaba en nuestro bono de reserva no nos dieron otra opción sino de pagar un extra considerable por las 3 personas "restantes"... además, allí nos desapareció una máquina de afeitar eléctrica.
Importante resaltar el excelente servicio post venta de Amimir!! A nuestro regreso les comentamos todo lo sucedido, les presentamos la factura de lo que nos habían cobrado de más
y entonces realizaron las gestiones pertinentes y nos reembolsaron la cantidad que habíamos pagado al hotel en efectivo.
