I was asked to pay the accommodation concept when I arrived at the hotel despite having paid the full reservation through the platform. I had to order towels from room service as I only had one hand towel and they were never changed. The room was not cleaned for a whole week. The windows are poorly insulated, so you can hear the revelry from the street and perceive cold drafts, which is why there is an oil radiator in the bedroom. When ordering breakfast to go on the last day, I was asked what I wanted but what was offered did not correspond at all to what was requested. Low pressure of hot water in the shower for my taste.

Se me pidió pagar el concepto de alojamiento al llegar al hotel a pesar de haber pagado la reserva íntegra a través de la plataforma. Tuve que pedir toallas al servicio de habitaciones ya que solo disponía de una toalla de manos, y nunca las cambiaron. No se limpió la habitación en toda una semana. Los ventanales están mal aislados, oyéndose la juerga de la calle y percibiéndose corrientes de aire frío, razón por la cual hay un radiador de aceite para el dormitorio. Al pedir el desayuno para llevar el último día, se me preguntó por lo que deseaba pero lo que se me ofreció no correspondía en absoluto con lo solicitado. Presión del agua caliente de la ducha escasa para mi gusto.
