The negative: My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. From the moment I entered the room, I noticed a strong smell of humidity and, upon closer inspection, I discovered that there was mold in several areas, which is completely unacceptable. In addition, the corners of the ceiling and some corners were full of cobwebs, which shows a clear lack of cleaning and maintenance. The bathroom was also not in the best condition: several tiles were missing that had fallen off, leaving the wall exposed and with a neglected appearance. The soundproofing of the room was practically non-existent, since you could hear absolutely everything that happened in the corridor, making it impossible to rest well. As if all this was not enough, at 7 in the morning the fire alarm started to sound and woke us all up. Later we found out that the reason had been a toaster in the dining room, which shows the hotel's poor management in terms of prevention and security. Everything mentioned can be demonstrated with photos, since I documented each of the problems encountered. The positive: Despite all the inconveniences, it must be recognized that the heating worked well and the room was warm, something that is appreciated in winter.

Mi experiencia en este hotel ha sido bastante decepcionante. Desde el momento en que entré a la habitación, noté un fuerte olor a humedad y, al inspeccionar más de cerca, descubrí que había moho en varias zonas, lo cual es completamente inaceptable. Además, las esquinas del techo y algunos rincones estaban llenos de telarañas, lo que demuestra una clara falta de limpieza y mantenimiento.
El baño tampoco estaba en mejor estado: faltaban varios azulejos que se habían caído, dejando la pared expuesta y con un aspecto descuidado. La insonorización de la habitación era prácticamente inexistente, ya que se escuchaba absolutamente todo lo que pasaba en el pasillo, haciendo imposible descansar bien.
Como si todo esto no fuera suficiente, a las 7 de la mañana la alarma de incendios comenzó a sonar y nos despertó a todos. Más tarde nos enteramos de que el motivo había sido una tostadora del comedor, lo que demuestra una pésima gestión del hotel en cuanto a prevención y seguridad.
Todo lo mencionado se puede demostrar con fotos, ya que documenté cada uno de los problemas encontrados.
Lo positivo:
A pesar de todos los inconvenientes, hay que reconocer que la calefacción funcionaba bien y la habitación estaba calentita, algo que se agradece en invierno.
