The former home of the farm owners has been completely renovated into a modern farmhouse of a high standard, with high quality furnishings and finishes. It welcomes you to the house, the original door of more than 200 years old that has been duly restored. From the hall you enter the open living/dining room, which also has an open kitchen. The living/dining room has a beautiful teak wood table, Italian design with methacrylate chairs and comfortable sofas. This area is full of natural light since it is surrounded by glass walls, which allows a lot of light to enter, although not heat (special glass). This feature allows you to enjoy the views of the surroundings, as well as the town of Santanyí in the distance, without having to move from the sofa. In the lounge area there is a large sliding glass door that connects to the front terrace. The open plan kitchen adjoining the dining room is furnished to a high standard. The house has two very sunny bedrooms. One bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower en-suite that has access to the rear terrace. The other bedroom, also with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, has access to the front terrace. You cannot ride, nor feed the horses.
