About the accommodation
Xemarri is a wonderful two-story country house that offers high-end accommodation. The ground floor has an entrance that leads to a bright dining room, it is a very pleasant area that contains paintings painted by the owner. French doors lead to the swimming pool and to the garden terraces with bougainvillea. Very spacious fully equipped kitchen with a side door that leads to a covered terrace where the Barbecue is located. This floor offers three bedrooms, all of them very spacious and with wonderful views towards the garden. One bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with shower en suite -this shower is suitable for wheelchairs- and access to the garden. There are two more twin bedrooms that share a bathroom with a bath and shower. One of these bedrooms has direct access to the pool area. Guest toilet. A marble staircase leads to the first floor where there is an open gallery; perfect to enjoy reading. The views from this gallery towards Santanyi are wonderful. The upper floor offers three more bedrooms.. One bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with shower en suite -has access to a terrace with wonderful views-. The other bedroom also has two single beds that has a bathroom with shower en suite, from this bedroom there is access to a furnished balcony ideal for sunbathing with privacy. The last bedroom has a double bed and a fully equipped en-suite bathroom. From the terrace on this floor you can enjoy open views of the countryside and even in the distance on a clear day you can see the island of Cabrera. The pool can be fenced.
