We stayed two days and met our expectations, the staff was friendly and efficient, the hotel is well connected to the center by bus, with bus stop right in front of the hotel, large and comfortable beds, the rooms without being very large comply, for us the highlight was the breakfast, all of good quality and variety, with fresh orange juice which gives a tremendous plus, personally I think that a 4 star up should be a prerequisite.
Estuvimos dos días de paso y cumplió nuestras expectativas,el personal simpático y eficiente, el hotel esta bien comunicado con el centro en autobus , con parada justo enfrente del hotel, camas grandes y cómodas,las habitaciones sin ser muy grandes cumplen, para nosotros lo más destacable fue el desayuno, todo de buena calidad y bastante variedad, con zumo de naranja natural cosa que le da un tremendo plus, personalmente creo que de un 4 estrellas para arriba tendria que ser condición indispensable.

The breakfast buffet was perfect. The hotel clean and well kept; the room spacious, modern and very comfortable. Not very central in Madrid but easy access.
El buffet de desayuno perfecto. El hotel limpio y cuidado; la habitación amplia, moderna y muy cómoda. No muy céntrico en Madrid pero fácil acceso.
There were major communication problems with the staff. We were told that we could enter with the car in the center of Madrid without having the environmental label because with a hotel reservation we were "protected", which is not the case and we may have been fined for it. We had to hire parking (24€/24 hours) and we asked if the gauge allowed our car to enter with a roof box and they said yes, but it did not fit and we had to disassemble it in a hurry. Several details that imply ignorance of the staff on certain issues. However, the treatment was charming and friendly in spite of all this.
Existieron problemas de comunicación importantes con el personal. Nos indicaron que podíamos entrar con el coche en el centro de Madrid sin tener la etiqueta ambiental porque con reserva de hotel estábamos "protegidos", cosa que no es así y puede que nos hayan multado por ello. Tuvimos que contratar parking (24€/24 horas) y preguntamos si el gálibo permitía que entrara nuestro coche con arcón de techo y dijeron que sí, pero no cabía y tuvimos que desmontarlo a prisa y corriendo. Varios detalles que implican desconocimiento del personal en ciertos temas. Sin embargo, el trato fue encantador y amable a pesar de todo ello.
